I want to thank you for the excellent advice and assistance you provided me in my recent purchase of a Pride Legend Classic XL8 scooter. As you know, I had already owned a scooter for over two years when I contacted you, but I was very unhappy with its poor performance and lack of safety for my outdoor needs. When I called, you took the time to listen attentively. In one telephone conversation, I was able to explain my complex mobility needs to you, and with your advice and recommendations, we selected the right scooter to not only serve my outdoor mobility needs, but also my budget! A few days after placing the order, my new scooter was delivered right into my living room.

After one quick drive on the grounds outside, I knew we had selected the perfect scooter. You, however, cared enough to learn for yourself how I was handling the new scooter by calling after I had had a chance to use it for a couple of days. I so appreciate knowing that you are genuinely interested in my well-being and that you are available anytime I have questions or need additional mobility products or services.

Obviously, having a disability that requires mobility assistance is challenging enough without having to go through the hassle of choosing and investing in the appropriate mobility equipment alone.
